RETURNS

Although we hope you love all your items from Azura Reborn, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

Azura Reborn will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  • Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

 We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at cs@azura.Reborn if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Azura Reborn reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN TO AZURA REBORN:

  • Please click here to complete your returns request
  • We will email you within the next business day with your Return Authorisation Form
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and stick the provided shipping label on the outside
  • Drop your parcel off at a convenient street Post Box 24/7 or at your local Post Office
  • Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund, exchange or store credit.
