Shipping is additional to the cost of the goods. It very much depends on where your customer is located and the size of the package, but rest assured we have negotiated the best possible rates with DHL Express and other premium courier services because of the large volumes of goods we ship every month.

Will I receive a tracking number with each order?

Yes. You will receive an email with the tracking number for each customer. You will also find it online in your AZ-Distribution Account area as well.

Can I sell in any currency?

Yes. It doesn’t matter what currency you sell in, just let us know when you subscribe and we will set up an automatic conversion as you sync our stock into your store

What’s the minimum quantity I can order?

With our AZ-Distribution Dropshipping Service, there is no order amount required, you can purchase one product at a time. If yopu wish to place a Wholesale order, there may be a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) required.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. If the customer wants to return the order for a change of mind or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for return shipment. If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

What is the markup I can apply to your products?

We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. How long does it take for delivery?

It depends on where you customer is located and the shipping method you choose. If you select DHL Express, for example, it will be in your customers hands within 5 business days of despatch.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Credit Card or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, you will have to wait for a few working days before we confirm your orders. Another option is to make an advance deposit of $500 USD where we deduct it per order. You will receive full visibility of the credit always available on your account.
